  • ¼ cup of oat flour (powdered oats)

  • ½ cup cooked millets

  • 1 full cup of mixed veggies (carrots, bell peppers, capsicum, boiled corn)

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 2 tbsp millet flour mixed with water (millet slurry)

  • 2 tsp salt

  • ¼ cup of oil to drizzle


  • First start by grinding ¼ cup of oats into a mixy

  • Then mix the cooked millet with the oat flour

  • Add all the chopped veggies into the dry millet mixture

  • Add in the millet slurry and then mix in the spices

  • Add chopped coriander, grated ginger and chopped chilies in the mixture

  • Make balls out of your millet corn balls mixture

  • Lay out the millet corn balls on a baking parchment sheet

  • Brush / lightly drizzle some oil on all the millet cornballs

  •  Bake for 25-30 mins at 200°C

  • Serve with some curd or mint chutney and enjoy!!
